Terms of Service

1. Services Offered


GK360Booth provides 360 video booth rental services for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Each booking includes equipment, staff setup, and operation during the agreed rental period.




2. Booking and Payment


A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event.Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, and other methods listed on our website.




3. Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but receive a refund of any additional payments made.Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.Date changes may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.




4. Client Responsibilities


You agree to:


Provide access to the venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.Ensure there is sufficient space (minimum 10'x10') and power access.Inform us of any special instructions or venue restrictions in advance.




5. Use of Photos and Videos


By using our services, you consent to us using event footage (photos and videos) for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your event.




6. Damage and Liability


You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment by guests or venue conditions.GK360Booth is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages arising from misuse of the booth or failure to follow staff instructions.We reserve the right to stop services if the safety of our staff or equipment is at risk.




7. Force Majeure


We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, venue issues, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the service or provide a partial refund where possible.

9. Modifications to Terms
